Shipping returns

All sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will gladly replace the item at no additional cost. Missing shipments must be reported within 14 days of the order date and are eligible for replacement only if delivery cannot be confirmed by the postal service. No other exceptions will be made to this policy.
