Identify Your Strongman
Name 1-3 things that you feel are holding you back from the fullness of God.
What is the greatest thing that consumes your thoughts in a negative manner?

What is the earliest year you can identify this stronghold attacking you? _______________________
Discern and ask the Holy Spirit for revelation if this happened before the year you identified.
Write down after discernment and meditating on this further the earliest year this stronghold attacked you, with a stronghold being lust, rejection, fear, trauma, bitterness, etc. ____________________________________________________________
Is there a crucial life-altering event that happened 6-18 months prior to your strongman entering you. Ask the Holy Spirit for discernment. You are looking for something in your life that could have caused trauma such as; divorce, parent abandoning you as a child, sexual abuse, house fire, near drowning, car accident, losing a loved one, or any emotional ailment which can be a trauma.

Write down what you identified.

Repent of any participation or responsibility you had in this instance.
Forgive any person who violated or offended you emotionally or physically.
Command the demonic spirit associated with this event to leave in Jesus name.
