In Exodus 30:30, God said, “You shall anoint Aaron and his sons, and consecrate them, that they may minister to Me as priests.” This wasn’t just an Old Testament instruction—it’s a New Testament principle. You are called to be a royal priesthood, set apart for His presence.
In James 5:14, the early church is told, “Is anyone among you sick? Let them call the elders of the church to pray over them and anoint them with oil in the name of the Lord.” Healing and oil go hand in hand. Anoint yourself and declare Isaiah 53:5, “By His stripes, I am healed.”
Isaiah 10:27 says, “The yoke shall be destroyed because of the anointing.” Whether it’s emotional trauma, demonic oppression, or generational bondage, the anointing breaks chains.
And in Exodus 12:13, we see divine protection through prophetic covering: “When I see the blood, I will pass over you, and the plague shall not be on you to destroy you.” Just as the Israelites applied the blood to their doorposts, you can anoint your home, children, and body, declaring, “No weapon formed against me shall prosper.”
